Reservations and conditions of the horseback riding :

- Mandatory :

The agent (being the person who speacks for their group and to LE PALOMINO ), represents one or more indicated by " group ".
The agent is the intermediary between LE PALOMINO and the group which it represents. The necessary steps to make a reservation, confirmation, cancellation, payment and litigations are treated by the agent.

Responsability :

The declarations registered on the reservation form are confidential.
They explain the responsability for the riders and their companions.
LE PALOMINO does no accept responsability if any of the following occur.
